GIVING IS LIVING
In addition to hosting, I'm also an executive coach for high tech leaders, a single father raising two incredible twin boys on my own, and when I'm not busy with family and coaching, I create wellness retreats for people dealing with severe illness or trauma. As you can imagine, my days are pretty busy. But I choose to do things that give me energy rather than deplete me, which allows me to get a lot done. I also believe that giving is living. It's what makes me happy and allows me to keep growing as a person. Now that I've found success in my hosting business, I want to give back and show others how I did it.
IT WASN'T ALWAYS EASY
My road to success certainly had its challenges. When my boys were just seven, I was diagnosed with cancer and it was advanced. Can you imagine raising twin boys on your own, no family nearby, multiple surgeries, months of radiation, years of rehab, and medical bills piling up? My vacation rental literally saved me financially. Not only that but it taught me a lesson that some never learn in a lifetime. When you find something you love doing, and can offer it in the service of others AND make money at it, you've discovered the source of unlimited happiness in your life.

Since my recovery, I’ve doubled down on my guests’ creature comforts and small luxuries that bring pleasure - and serenity. People now seek out my property in order to find healing, to escape the pressures of a stressful job, to rediscover their inner voice or simply nurture themselves. My job is to make sure that every guest leaves feeling more relaxed, energized, and open to the possibility of becoming whole again. I see it as more than just hosting. For me, it's a calling. And being given the opportunity to share what I've learned through seven years of hosting allows me to give back, help others grow financially, and continue to heal myself, too.
